Principality of Ilyagrad

The Principality of Ilyagrad recently conquered what used to be the Kingdom of Neer - an island kingdom to the southwest. Now, the Neer Strait is fully controlled by the Principality, and the prince levied additional taxes to ships making use of the strait. Some ships resorted to going around the Neer Island, but the additional fees have resulted in an increase of the price of goods in nations that depend on the sea for trade. Its capital, the city of Ilyagrad, is a coastal city.
